Danno set up a newer bugzilla version so we could run the import script, so
I imported the old bugzilla records into temporary Bugzilla projects for
OpenSAML and Shibboleth for safekeeping.

I've already moved the open 1.x OpenSAML issues to appropriate projects, and
deleted the import project.

We'll move the open Shibboleth 1.x issues over time and then delete it. If
you're tracking some open issue on it, it may be in the import project until
it gets moved to one of the "real" projects.
