Materials for today's dev call; of particular interest is the flow(and 
incomplete content) of the installation section of the SP deployment 
guide.  The glossary is in a particularly alpha state can be found 
linked from the navbar of both the SP and IdP guides, and can also 
stand alone once it's linked to from the main site.  Feedback on the 
scoping of the glossary and the amount of specificity the definitions 
use would be particularly useful.
