Evidently, you have a bug in the RelyingParty element (or thereabouts)
in IdP.xml.  Did you modify this file?
  

No I have NOT changed the Idp.xml file in anyway it's the file from YOUR cvs head.
Just updated my checked out working copy and I still get the same problem.

I think your cvs head is broken....
