Yuri,
This is a patched version of the same class that is intended to fix an incompatibility with the version of xalan that is included in the Sun JDK. We will be removing the class as soon as we update to the next version of xmlsec. If you pulled xmlsec from cvs, you should be able to just delete the class from the shibboleth project and then set the project to be dependent on the xmlsec project (Project->Properties->Java Build Path->Projects).

Hi,
I have a problem having two source packages in my (Eclipse) project Shibboleth-origin 1.2.1 (e.g.) and Apache XMLSec
Shibboleth uses Init class from Apache with the same path and it is conflicting with the original one from the Apache.
Is there some intention to avoid this conflict in principle?

Yuri
