1) Shib web pages, announcement of new Shib release

I'm going to miss the start of today's call, and may miss all of it. 
I've  asked George Brett to lead a discussion of proposed changes for 
the Shib web site. He'll be distributing a url at the start of the 
call.

There are a number of changes being discussed; some will be 
(relatively) easy to implement, others may take some time. My 
inclination is to do the easy ones immediately, coincident with the 
1.2.1 release, and to work on the harder changes over the next couple 
of weeks.

As with any discussion of design and web sites, I'm sure there will 
be lots of opinions. It sounds to me, tho, based  on the email I've 
seen so far, that we have a rough consensus on what direction to 
take, and the discussion is really about the details.....
