-- talk about the future direction of Shib development ( refactoring 
into shib and addons), but I suspect we shouldn't talk about changes 
in governance  until after we talk with the principals
-- UK/JISC - a quick  fly-by describing the JISC plans + projects
-- the basics of saml 2.0  - why its important, implications of the 
move to saml 2

Amy - quick briefing on Club Shib?
logistics of the IQ -> IC migration (which I presume won't  be 
covered in the track session)
