Correcting this statement, I meant that the Alias field isn't likely to get
much use outside of Apache. Header, OTOH, is a fairly generalizable concept,
potentially even beyond HTTP, and it lines up fairly well with the
"FriendlyName" attribute added to SAML 2.0.
