Reported when, as a test, I compiled the schema under XML Beans (just promoted Apache project).

The file would not compile until mixed="false" was removed from the restriction tag.

Looked back at the W3C standard where I discover <restriction> only has "base" and "id" attributes.

Two cases of the error in elements "MemorySessionCache" and "MySQLSessionCache".
