There's an issue with commenting out the MySQL section because of the
dashes, so you might have to temporarily just delete the argument dashes to
make the comment work.

Maybe, but I didn't change anything. If it ever worked for you, it should
still work, AFAIK.

IBM's firewall is pretty much locking me in, I can't do ssh or much of
anything else, so I can't update my sandbox so I can test locally or get to
shib1 to test.
