2) Discuss requirements for improvements to the current W2K target 
package. We're talking to someone who might do this work for us.

3) Continue last monday's discussion of the native java target 
version,  develop a strategy for the initial  implementation, and 
bring this discussion close to closure.

Following last week's discussion, Howard has written up a paper 
titled "Shibboleth Java Target (Proposal)". Howard's paper is
