You're pulling in the old sites file, which isn't in the right format. I 
changed the shibtest code in cvs to stop even loading the
file, because it doesn't really need it. The tars on wayf should have that 
version now.

In any case, the 1.0 AA isn't available at that location yet either, so you'd 
have to hit a different origin, on shib2 perhaps.

I was going to install the 1.0 code for production testing today and pretty 
much branch tonight, but Bob's proposal to change the
attributes again means I can't.
