I just committed a patch to CVS to change the cacheTimeout
configuration from minutes to seconds.  The default internally
is still 8 hours.  The default configuration file is 4 hours
(I fixed my math bug in the comment ;)

Nate: the docs are going to have to be updated to reflect the change.
