A new build is available, and I think part of the problem may be either a 
build problem on your part or the libtool archive files I
didn't pull out of the tarfile that probably point at my OpenSSL build, which 
was in /usr/local/ssl, which is probably 0.9.6 on your
machine.

Anyway, try this new file, and run the ldd command against 
/usr/local/apache/libexec/libssl.so and make sure there's no reference to
0.9.6 there. If there is, you may need to rebuild mod_ssl again, and figure 
out why it's using the wrong one.
