All,

I've made some fairly significant changes to the visual layout of the 
page.  I'd like comments on the new look and its utility.  Further 
textual revisions are useful; I haven't yet integrated some of Walter's 
into the origin yet.  I'm also considering breaking out each 
section(i.e. 3.c) into its own page with a navigational frame on the 
sidebar; comments on this would be appreciated as well.
