I fixed the most critical bugs, and the origin and target code bases for 0.8
are interoperating again.
Among the changes, the HS now includes the entire cert chain when it sends
its signed messages (finally), and the AA will also
filter attributes if the SHAR requests specific ones, though only after all
of the ARP's permitted attributes are fetched.
I also updated the JDK on shib2 to 1.4.1 and Tomcat 3 seems fine with it.
All of the changes are in cvs.
