Logistics
        - migration to shibprod
        - more of shib1 and shib2

BETA-1 deliverables - MAJOR

        - new target side implementation

        - OPenSAML C implementation

        - (maybe) cert chain support

        - beginning to implement the club processes

        - arp management tools

BETA-1 deliverables - MINOR

	- (new)  as described in some recent email, update the 
copyright clauses and trademark  restrictions to become "gpl 
compliant"

	-- changing the logging, to use a single centralized logger, 
in order to simplify the "debugging" process for a new origin 
site.....

	--  a possible extension to keytool, to allow loading an 
externally generated key into a keystore.

DOCUMENTATION:

        - tools to manage the registry (available to George and Renee)

        - the shib test target

        - HS audit records (mapping handle to  username)

        - arp management (command line tool, GUI)
