Sorry it took so long but restore from tape was more work than I expected. 
Anyway,  I restored /usr/local/tomcat33 and /usr/local/apache and managed 
to start apache and tomcat.

Please check it out as it is possible that there were other files in other 
directories that we need.  So far looks good except for a problem with 
pubcookie that goes into a loop.  I will ask Jeff to look at that.

Let me know if you see other problems.
