Shibboleth Developers

earlier this week, I announced the existence of this list on the main 
Shib discussion list. I said that I was willing to add people to the 
design list who were interested, but tried to discourage all but the 
strong of heart.

Five people have asked to join (actually, two of the five said that 
access to the archives was sufficient). Two are well known (Paul 
Hill, Bill Doster). I'm about to add the five.
