Interfaith Seder Interested Participants

Dear Colleagues,

We thank you for indicating your interest in the Interfaith Passover Seder during the Internet2 Spring Member Meeting registration process.  

The Seder will be held on Monday, April 18th at 6:30pm EDT at the conference hotel - the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Arlington, Virginia.  The event will include an abbreviated Passover Seder ceremony which will provide attendees an interactive opportunity to learn about the Jewish holiday, its origins, and the ancient symbols which are celebrated today. The Seder will also include some prayer service. You are invited to participate in any part of the Seder as you feel comfortable or simply observe and learn. We intend for this event to be an educational opportunity for those of all faiths.  After the Seder, a "Kosher style" dinner with traditional Jewish fare will be served. The event should wrap up by approximately 9pm EDT.

In order to ensure we are able to accommodate all that are interested in attending, please RSVP to my colleague Cecelia Dove  -  - to confirm you intend to participate. We require all confirmations by Monday, April 11, 2011 at noon EDT. If appropriate, please also indicate at that time if you require a strictly Kosher for Passover meal and/or a vegetarian meal - we will be happy to accommodate this request. We unfortunately will not be able to accommodate any guests that do not confirm their attendance.
