REN Routing Security

Hello Everyone,

Welcome to the REN routing security team that will investigate potential 
improvements to inter-domain routing security.  The initial goal is to 
provide recommendations that strengthen the assurance and integrity of the 
R&E routing environment and defend against attacks such as IP address 
spoofing and route hijacking.   After collecting the recommendations, a group 
would be tasked with designing an implementation plan for steps that would 
improve our collective security posture.

There will be a kick off meeting scheduled within the next couple of weeks, 
which will be somewhat challenging given the different time zones we're all 
in.  I'll send a poll request for a best time for us to meet.
