Below is a first cut at the program schedule for the 2016 PPSP series. Please let us know if the date/time does not work for your organization.

The White House Historical Association

** Wednesday, February 3 10-10:50am CT and 1-1:50pm CT

The National Archives at Fort Worth

** Tuesday, February 9th at 10-10:50am CT and 1-1:50pm CT

(Jenny are you ok to change start time to 1pm CT instead of 1:30? )

President Woodrow Wilson House

** Thursday, February 11th

Theodore Roosevelt Center

** Tuesday, February 22nd 10-10:50am CT and 1-1:50pm CT

Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library and Museum

Abraham Lincoln Birthplace National Historic Park

We tried to concentrate the dates in February this year to piggyback on President's Day and balance the presentation times to allow for as many schools to participate as possible across the time zones.

Lastly, I was in touch with each of you individually yesterday to request additional information we need to complete the marketing materials. As a reminder, I will be out on vacation Friday 8/7 through Wed 8/19 but my colleague Matt Hall <> will be available to answer questions, confirm your presentation dates/time, and follow up on the marketing materials info request.
