I've been building a number of Rocky 9.4 testpoints lately.  Of more
than a dozen I've provisioned over the past two days, maybe 1 in 3 pass
the final archiving step, and that 1 in 3 moves around when retesting.

Idle test.... 9 seconds... Missed... Failed.
Did not get a result: Resource not found.

What should be interpreted from a host failing the test?  Is it worth
completing the rest of the build or troubleshoot the system that failed.

A run being missed is an indication that the scheduler is putting it on the timeline but the runner isn’t picking it up.  Check to see that the runner is running.

This may be related, but I’m looking into a problem where  testpoints are running out of memory periodically, with the duration depending on available RAM.   Eventually, the OOM killer starts cutting processes off at the knees and things stop working.  Once we figure that out, there will probably be a release to fix it.
