perfSONAR User Q&A and Other Discussion

Hi all,

I have just followed the steps to install perfsonar-toolkit in Ubuntu 20.04.
Everything worked fine until the point where the 'First Login' step where we
should be creating an admin account for managing the web interface.

I don't know why but I'm not getting that prompt on the terminal window after
I'm exiting the privileged user space at the end of the toolkit installation.
I have tried 2 times with uninstalling/re-installing Ubuntu, and the result
was the same.

I have searched the archive but couldn't find any report of this issue. Is
there any way to manually invoke that 'First login' prompt from the terminal?
