Did you install and enable additional reporistories as listed in the instructions Step1?

I am having issues installing perfsonar on our rhel 8 node. I have used the instructions from this page https://docs.perfsonar.net/install_el.html. But once I run dnf install perfsonar-toolkit it stilkl says that the pscheduler and other services are not installed. Here is what I see when I try,

 

 

Is there a way that I can get some assistance installing this. I’m trying to get to the point where I use the perfsonar gui.
