I am facing an issue with perfsonar v5.0.5. I see pscheduler services are running fine when I checked using systemctl. But, on the web page, I see pscheduler is not running. I am using el9 and perfsonar version 5.0.5. Please see the attached pictures for your reference.

 

This bit is the key:

 

Scheduler ERROR    3059: Insertion of non-starter failed: FATAL:  remaining connection slots are reserved for non-replication superuser connections

 

That looks like something is holding onto more database connections than it should be.   If you’ll drop me a line off-list, I’d like to work with you on getting access to that system (via Zoom is fine) to have a look at what’s going on.
