All services were running including pscheduler-archiver, but when I restarted pscheduler-archiver it is now showing "running" on dashboard.

Hi,

pscheduler is actually 4 services so if you do "systemctl status pscheduler*” are all listed as active(running)? Likely one of those is down if its listed as not running. The web page is just looking of the 4 PID files under /var/run/pscheduler-server and making sure each pid looks like a python process.

I have this problem as well, but only on my Redhat 9.2 perfsonar boxes, what version OS are you running on this one?

Hi,

   I found an strange status of pscheduler service on Toolkit dashboard, it is showing that service is "Not running" but when I checked the services on server it is showing all the services are running including pscheduler. Any idea that where is the problem? I have attached screenshot.
