Errors during downloading metadata for repository 'perfSONAR':

  - Curl error (56): Failure when receiving data from the peer for http://mirror.in2p3.fr/pub/linux/internet2-software/rpms/el8/x86_64/main/repodata/repomd.xml [Recv failure: Connection reset by peer]

  - Curl error (56): Failure when receiving data from the peer for http://linux.mirrors.es.net/perfsonar/el8/x86_64/main/repodata/repomd.xml [Recv failure: Connection reset by peer]

…etc…

It would be a very-rare event that all of the mirrors aren’t working.  As of right now, I’m able to pull from all of them except the one at the University of Hawaii.

My recommendation would be to make sure there’s nothing on your network disrupting access to those hosts.  This wouldn’t be the first time we’ve run across that.
