Hi Joachim,

I see the error you found in the previous email was very old (dated 2018).

Please check the log files in /var/log/perfsonar.  

The perfsonar agent has it's own log file named psconfig-pscheduler-agent.log as well as additional logs for processing any tasks or transactions.

Try looking into those log files to see if there are any clues as to what is failing.

The issues may be that that host was added to a hostgroup "NDGF Bandwidth Group" which is not used anywhere.   While this shouldn't really cause an issue, I suspect it is confusing PWA.  I removed the ps2 host from that group (leaving it empty) and the JSON validates now.

So this is "kind of" a bug on the psconfig side, in that an unused group shouldn't cause a config (JSON) issue.

That is causing the error you see in the logs and unfortunately restarting clients won’t help with that. Any client that gets pointed at that JSON will fail.  Perhaps through the web UI at psconfig.opensciencegrid.org there is a way to remove the old references?
