Hello Felix,

Using the pSConfig Web Admin (PWA) is one way to get started: 
https://docs.perfsonar.net/pwa.html

Another is using some public pSConfig files like 
https://pmp-central.geant.org/pscfg-psmall.json which is related to the 
MaDDash setup at https://pmp-central.geant.org/maddash-webui/

Maybe others on the list have other files to share, potentially simpler.
