Actually I sorted it. I had a package version specified in the yum command.
Removing the package version resolved the issue.
All good for me.

Try uninstalling the 2.x versions of the mongodb packages first.
$ sudo yum autoremove mongodb
Then the newer 4.x mongodb-org packages should be able to be installed.
