One of our perfsonar boxes, perfsonar2.it.ndsu.edu, reports that psconfig is
not running on the web page and there are no new throughput tests showing up
on the web page.

I looked through the logs but don’t see anything pointing to where the
problem is.

Throughput tests run from the CLI do work.

pscheduler task --tool iperf3 throughput --dest perfsonar2.it.ndsu.edu
