The Power 9 that I have access to is running  RHEL. We could try your binaries in a container.

They (the owners) might be willing to give you access as a test bed. I will ask.

perfSONAR binaries are available for Debian 9 and Ubuntu 18 on ppc64el.

 

We have no systems for testing on that architecture and cannot make any guarantees about performance or stability.  If you can devote a system to be part of our test bed, we’d be happy to add it.
