Thanks for the update, Andy.  Unfortunately, I managed to time my first attempt of a remote kickstart install of a server without console access in the middle of the outage.

I've put up the kickstart template I used at https://github.com/larryblunk/Perfsonar-CentOS7-Kickstart-install.   I noticed there are a couple issues with the current CentOS 7 install kickstart.  First, /etc/sysconfig/readahead is no longer used to tune disk readahead (tuned is used instead).  Second, CentOS 7 no longer uses fixed disk volume names and the script to extend the root volume to the entire disk no longer works. I used the following in the kickstart as an alternative after using 'autopart --type=lvm --nohome' command to partition disk without a separate /home volume --

lvextend -r -l +100%FREE `df --output=source | grep -- -root`

This is a planned maintenance. That server is housed at an LBNL data center where there is a planned power maintenance. It will likely not be back until tomorrow. You should be able to use the other mirrors in the meantime.
