I swapped your FQDN with the IPv4 address and I was able to run bidirectional pscheduler throughput tests.  FWIW, I’m not resolving a AAAA address for nettest, only an A record.

 

As I said earlier, I believe this to be the root of the problem.  Nettest doesn’t have a v6 address and its end and tries to connect using v4.  Sdmz-perfsonar-40g has both and, in the absence of guidance about which protocol to use, defaults to v6 and isn’t listening to the protocol nettest will be using.

 

As a followup, the two tickets I opened have been completed and you’ll see the results in 4.2.0.
