Hi Andy,
tried a bundle install from scratch on CC7 this morning and it fails with:
Error downloading packages:

--enablerepo=perfSONAR clean metadata
postgresql95-libs-9.5.3-2PGDG. FAILED

Same errors for all the other packages (and mirrors), yum clean metadata 
doesn’t help
