Hi Victor,

I created an issue on this. The problem appears to be that files under that directory are not marked correctly by the RPM as configuration files and thus are overwritten each update. It likely won't be in our next bugfix release 4.1.3 since that is frozen, but should be in the next. Sorry for any inconvenience in the meantime.

Thanks,
Andy

Hi,

Every time when our nodes with perfsonar toolkit 4.1 get updated by the auto process they lose the primary interface line configured in /usr/lib/perfsonar/web-ng/etc/web_admin.conf . It looks like the auto-update process overrides it with the default commented line:

#primary interface eth1

It is quite inconvenient as we have to return the desirable primary interface config manually.

Is it possible to fix this?

Thanks,

Victor
