This looks like a display bug on the summary page. We had a similar issue on the graphs that we fixed in 4.1.2. The problem arises when you set a non-default value for the bucket-width parameter (a parameter which controls the units by which the latency data is reported). It looks like a number of your tests use .0001 for the bucket-width but the summary is assuming the default of .001. The graphs are correctly accounting for the bucket-width, hence the smaller value. Thank you for reporting and we will get the summary page fixed in the next bug fix release.

Not sure if anyone has already reported this. For the latency test, the test results displayed on the summary page is roughly 10 times the value on the detailed chart where the correct value is displayed.
