Mark,

All the upgrades have been a clean install with an .iso, mostly NetInstall. 
Today's upgrade was with FullInstall. The FullInstall build gave the 
specific ps-migrate-restore.sh error.

I used the provided ps-migrate scripts before and after to preserve the 
existing historical test data.
