Hi Viral,
I think you need to add this to your pwa config:
http://docs.perfsonar.net/release_candidates/4.1b1/pwa_configure.html#sls
Like this, just change "wlcg" to whatever you want to call your private
instance, and replace sls_hostname with your hostname. Note that query below is also
checking for membership in a community; that is optional.
Based on your comments below, it should look something like this:
"private": {
label: 'Private LS',
type: 'sls',
url: 'http://private:8090/lookup/records/?type=service'
},
Thanks,
Michael

Thanks IVAN,
I am trying to use Private Lookup Service with Perfsonar4.1 .
http://docs.perfsonar.net/release_candidates/4.1b1/pwa_configure.html#data-sources
I am assuming, Bootstrap service generate activehosts.json . I have Private
Lookup service working & I can see the records.
http://private:8090/lookup/records/
But with PWA I can only see global-sls .

Hi Viral,
Thank you for your notice and remark on the documentation.
I also find the documentation unclear on the steps and requirements.
In principle you can achieve a Private Lookup Service without a LS BootStrap
Service by just skipping that part.
There will be a configuration parameter required to direct your pS Test
instances (toolkit or testpoint) to the private LS server you are maintaining.
Here is the parameter:
http://docs.perfsonar.net/config_ls_registration.html?highlight=lookup#ls-instance-directive

Subject: Private Lookup Service Installation
Hi,
I am trying to implement Private Look up Service following documents:
https://github.com/esnet/simple-lookup-service/wiki/PrivateLookupService
I am stuck at Installation of LS BootStrap Service , looks like Install
instruction is for RHEL6 .
On Step 2
yum -y install perl-perfSONAR_PS-SimpleLS-BootStrap-server
No package perl-perfSONAR_PS-SimpleLS-BootStrap-server available.
Error: Nothing to do.
Anybody have updated instruction .
I am running CentOS7
Sincerely
Viral Patel
