That should work, depending on how easy it is for the Prometheus node 
exporter to publish RabbitMq storage.  I haven't used such a setup myself and 
cannot tell you much more about it.

Another way to have Grafana visualisation of perfSONAR metrics would be to 
write a Grafana data source plugin for Esmond.  Esmond is the default backend 
for perfSONAR.  Esmond has a comprehensive API to access its data and 
documentation about it is at https://software.es.net/esmond/

That might be a problem with the Docker ports not being published and 
available for service outside of Docker.  Are you running the Docker image as 
published from https://github.com/perfsonar/perfsonar-testpoint-docker ?
