I am using -s  : padding     size of the padding added to each packet

Eg:  owping  10.10.10.1  -s 9000

OWAMP has two frame sizes that it uses during tests depending on whether it’s being run in or out of encrypted mode.   (See section 4.1.2 of RFC 4656: https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4656.)  The frames can be enlarged by specifying a packet padding with the test parameters.  This is supported by MeshConfig, the upcoming pSConfig and at the command line using pScheduler.
