This helped me forward to look at correct place.  Somehow I'd understood that meshconfig-agent-tasks.conf is auto configured through mesh.  I'd removed measurement_archive lines from there because these were pointing to localhost and not to my central location.  Somehow I though that mesh config read/write urls are enough and it did not like keywords like database and password in there.  After adding correct measurement_archive block to meshconfig-agent-tasks.conf everything startted to work.

I think biggest confusion in this came from internet examples which are made for perfsonar 3.5.

3 - If you believe that the above is all setup, you may need to debug the test results themselves. The scheduler agent for perfsonar (pScheduler) has an API that makes this pretty straightforward. If you run `pscheduler schedule -PT1H` it will show all of the runs it has performed in the last hour. More on that here: http://docs.perfsonar.net/troubleshooting_overview.html#checking-the-schedule. In particular you will want to look at the "archiving" section to see what sort of error you might be getting, or if it's even trying to archive to the central MA.
