Thanks again for suggestion though I'm still getting the same pScheduler error. Though that does get me to think about how I'm configuring the host for testing over multiple interfaces. I will dig into that some more.

Since the test worked for me it might be related to the network
configuration of the host.  For example you can try removing:

  local_interface ens3
