The creation of the backup in the CentOS 6 servers finishes without problem

 

On some systems not installed from one of the perfSONAR ISOs, the default version of PostgreSQL (8.4) gets installed with the OS.  perfSONAR requires and installs version 9.5, which, because of a difference in the way the PostgreSQL developers package the later version, can be installed in parallel.  The older version shows up earlier in the search path and has been known to cause problems.  The way around it is to get rid of the older version, which will be installed as RPMs named postgres-*; the newer one will be postgres95-*.

 

If that doesn’t solve the problem for you, drop me a line privately and I’ll give you a small patch you can apply to fix a bug that’s causing the diagnostics to get dropped.  (I’ve opened a ticket on this:  https://github.com/perfsonar/pscheduler/issues/591.  It will definitely be fixed in the next release.)
