I was wondering about what steps I may take to trouble shoot pScheduler.

Running: pscheduler task rtt --dest 127.0.0.1
I get: Unable to post task: Unable to determine participants: Process
took too long to run. Or No runs scheduled for this task.

Programs taking too long to run are usually a sign that the system is
overwhelmed with perfSONAR-related work or the system has a problem. (We had
one of those last month where perfSONAR was performing badly and repairing
the file system improved it.)

Make sure the system is healthy first: check things like processor load,
memory and swap consumption, time spent in I/O wait and for any complaints
from the kernel.
