Anything in /var/log/esmond/django.log? From that log it looks like it can connect to cassandra, so that’s a good sign, something else must be tripping it up.

In one server was ok

perfsonar2-grid.uaic.ro/toolkit/

but in the other server give

 Error loading test listing: Internal Server Error

You may try restarting cassandra with systemctl restart cassandra and see it's correctly connecting to esmond. Please also look for any suspicious errors in the logs under /var/log/esmond to verify.
