Hi,

 The error in question is from when it tries to contact esmond. Try looking in your _javascript_ console, visiting http://<yourhost>/esmond/perfsonar/archive/, and the logs under /var/log/esmond.

Also worth noting that while you shouldn;t get that particular error when a NAT is enable,  the perfSONAR tools won’t work behind a NAT if you are trying to do any testing outside the NAT (not sure if you are or not).

I’m running pS-Toolkit-4.0.1-CentOS7-NetInstall-x86_64-2017Aug15.iso inside virtual box and I’m receiving an error message of “Error loading test listing: Internal Server Error” below the ‘Test Results’ heading.

 

I notice this goes away when I configure the virtualbox to use a bridged interface instead of NAT.

 

I’ve disabled the lsregistration daemon, reinstalled pscheduler-server, and set allow_internal_addresses to ‘1’ in web_admin.conf. Some errors have stopped showing up in the logs and the only error I can see in the logs is “ERROR> Host.pm:297 perfSONAR_PS::NPToolkit::DataService::Host::get_details - Unable to find host record in LS using hostname localhost.localdomain” in the web_admin.log file.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated,
