Seeing the error message and considering only 2 out of 8 nodes have this
issue, it is probably not related to the central JSON mesh file.

This looks like the JSON data exchange between the meshconfig agent and
pscheduler is at fault. You should double check pscheduler is correctly
running on this host. A good way to test is to run measurements tasks from
the CLI as described at
http://docs.perfsonar.net/troubleshooting_overview.html and
http://docs.perfsonar.net/pscheduler_client_tasks.html
