Additional notes to all Debian/Ubuntu users:

1. Upgrade to 4.0.1 from 4.0 requires you to run `apt-get update && apt-get 
dist-upgrade`.  Because of dependency changes in the perfSONAR and related 
packages the auto-updates will not get your system upgraded to 4.0.1 on its 
own.

2. 4.0.1 brings additional compatibility with Debian 9 and Ubuntu 16.
