My fault here, I was under the impression that TK 4 worked in a similar fashion as TK 3.5. So, I started changing bwctl-server.limits file and other TK 3.5 files that I became use to changing. I found pscheduler in the docs today, need I say more :).

Things are in a transitional state right now, which can cause some confusion.  We didn’t want to abruptly close the door on BWCTL when we released 4.0 because requiring that everybody upgrade at the same time wasn’t practical.  For now, we still run the BWCTL daemon and pScheduler ships with some backward-compatibility plug-ins so they can interoperate in a limited way.  Neither coordinates with the other, which leave the possibility of one stepping on the other’s toes, but that was the compromise we made.

When 4.1 is released, all support for BTWCL will be discontinued.
